What a scam.

Beware of this TravelOne company!!

Don t touch them with a 10 foot pole!!

The worst company I ve ever dealt with.

I booked round trip flights with OneTravel and they offered me a trip cancellation policy which I purchased. A week before our intended departure my wife injured her back and was not able to travel. We have all the documentation to prove it.

I had previously booked my land portion with another travel company.

When I called OneTravel to inquire about settling the trip cancellation claim, they told me that all they cover is the air portion and not any other expenses not purchased from them. I was told that it is not really a trip cancellation policy but only a ... Read more »
