So I tried again. with he same result. I rang them to see what is going on and if I can book via telephone. I was then advised that the booking were not successful but my card has been charged TWICE Read more for the failed attempts and would I like to try booking with them now (and pay a THIRD time !). I have spoken to my bank, they have advised me it can take up to 10 days to receive my money back. I am now in a difficult financial situation and unable to book our flight due to their incompetence. Their client service was incredibly bad also. kept asking for same details four or five times and did not know what to do.
