Recently I arrived at a hotel in a major city for a work conference, upon arrival I was told that there was no reservation under my name. I immediately pulled out the confirmation sent to me from easy click travel, and I had recieved 2 months ago, and the record that my credit card was charged. Next, I called the easy click travel customer service number and explained my situation, they told me they would have it sorted out and call me back in 15 minutes. After 45 minutes passed I called back only to be hung up on twice before getting someone that was willing to listen. Apparently easy click failed to send the reservation to the hotel, also with 4 conventions in town and a major music festival there were no available hotels within a 20 mile radius. Because easy click travel failed to send the reservation, you would assume like any credible companies, they would accommodate somewhere else. However, they laughed and said that they were not responsible and they did not need to do anything, despite the fact that they had already charged us for something they did not produce. After 4 hours of calls and requests they offered a 2-star hotel 30 miles outside the city in exchange for our 4-star suite in the city; without even offering to pay for it or discount it. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with, I would recommend that you go with a larger more respectable company no matter the price difference; i t is not worth the headache of dealing with them.
