To be brief this company will cheat you anyway they can. We authorized $1500.00 to come off our CC and they charged us $2900.00. They did not forward a receipt so we did not notice until we checked our CC balance on line. We called and called, were on hold endlessly hour after hour and the only way we could get the charge reversed was to cancel the flight. Which they would charge us a cancellation fee.

We have reported them to our CC and to their fraud department. You cannot trust this company in any way. They have exceptionally low ratings on various review sites. In fact hundreds of low ratings and warning from consumers all over the world. Believe them, I wish I had. We did cancel the flight. What choice did we have? Once, when we were in downtown Seattle, a middle-aged couple stopped Rand and me and asked where they could find a liquor store (at 2pm on a Saturday. I suppose they were putting the magic back in their relationship).
