I can't explain it enough to them that I only agreed to it, as I couldn't have the apartment. Ive waited two weeks for a reply, today they say I have accepted the accommodation and it has been confirmed with their agent. At what point do they think a refusal to accept, or a request for a refund of the upgrade price, is acceptable to the customer allowing them to book the holiday accommodation.
