Instructions

Individuals/Athletes/Parents: Below, please select the tournament you will be participating in and follow the Official USA Baseball Booking Tool link to make your hotel reservation. If you are reserving a room through the Official USA Baseball Booking Tool. be sure to enter the correct hotel where your coach has reserved a block of rooms and the correct team name under "TEAM NAME " on the reservation form. If you are uncertain about what your team name is for this tournament, please contact your coach or note this information under "ADDITIONAL REQUESTS ".

IMPORTANT: **Please do not contact the hotels directly.** Hotels will not accept reservations unless they are made through USA Baseball up to seven days prior to the event. Changes and cancellations will be accepted via the website and USA Baseball Travel Services up to seven days prior to the event start date. Hotel placement is made in the order it is received. Your first choice will be assigned IF ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE. Based on past requests, most available rooms have two beds. A limited number of one bedroom accommodations may be available upon request however the rate is subject to change.

Please note that the Hilton HHonors discount made available through USA Baseball is incorporated into the hotel prices for the events listed below. Please be sure to continue to book directly through USA Baseball for all USA Baseball hosted events. See below.
