I retired from TWA as Senior VP of Marketing and President of TWA Getaway Vacations after 26 years. One would think I had my fill of the travel business. However, I always had a vision of creating a first class travel company that provided tours and cruises at discounted prices, with full service that clients expect.

In today's world of marketing travel, many travel agencies have service fees, hidden charges while claiming to have the lowest prices available. I still am amused that so many folks still believe that mega travel agency websites or so-called store travel clubs have the best travel prices. They simply do not.

Treating our clients like Family. Our clients become friends and have told their friends, neighbors, relatives and even ex-spouses about not only our discounted prices but also all first class level of service. Word of mouth advertising cuts down our advertising expenses and we frankly remit those savings back to our clients in the form of discounts.
