Does anyone have recent experience with Pavlus Travel?

I had booked a Globus s Easter Europe Tour thru Pavlus Travel. Yes, their price is excellent, but does not looks like the staff trained very well.

I had request return airport transfer via email, somehow no word at all. I end up to called email manager to see who is the person handling this matter.

In addition, on 5/5/10 I had sent an email asked when can I received the documention for my upcoming trip on 5/20/10. Again, no world at all, then I sent another email to the manager to check who is the person handling this matter.

Luckily, I had followed up. I had learned they shipped the document on 5/5/10 scheduled delivery to me on 5/10/10.

Furthermore, they don t have on line payment form, which is customer need to provide the payment information either by phone or email.

Anyway, good luck have a good one.
