We d decided to visit here to talk through some holiday options, and I was a little worried after reading Jason B s review. But I still wanted to give them a shot, so in we went.

We were visiting close to closing time, so we sat down at the desk of the one person still working. She was friendly and polite, and I really can t fault her manner. We told her what we were looking for, and I ll admit - we are a bit vague at this stage as we ve just started planning. What I was hoping to get was a bit of guidance, advice and insider knowledge. What we actually got was two prices for hotels which we could have easily found ourselves on the internet, and that was that. No real information about either of them (apart from what was on the screen), no recommendation of somewhere we could go where there won t be any kids and only a vague suggestion that Turkey is the best all inclusive location (but nothing more specific than that).

I ve never needed to use a travel agent before as I ve always booked my own flights and hotels when travelling but now need to book a package holiday for us and two kids so I m out of my depth straight away when looking online (crazy amount of places all offering too good to be true deals with loads of kids extras etc)
