Educational Objective: The travel industry changes daily, and so will your work as an airline or travel specialist. Our program is designed to provide the professional skills, training and confidence you need to compete for entry-level positions in the airline and travel industries. You ll train through role-playing in an environment designed to replicate a real-world workplace. This program focuses mainly on customer service and airline operations.

Graduates are qualified for a broad range of positions, including travel and tour agents, customer service agents with airlines, and a variety of other positions in the travel industry. This program also provides an introduction to a career as a flight attendant.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. No prior work experience is required. Because of the nature of the industry, students with a criminal record must submit a criminal history report to the Career Development Department by week five of the program.
