The system is designed to talk first time users through in an easy-to-follow fashion, while a list of Frequently Asked Questions provides the answers to anything you need to know.

Season Cards (for home cup-ties) and Boro Pride cards can be easily activated for forthcoming games.

Tickets ordered for weekend games will be mailed out to you if you have placed your order before 4.30pm on the Wednesday before the match. On game day, tickets can be picked up from the red ticket collection booth opposite the Ayresome Park gates at the Riverside Stadium from three hours before kick-off. Remember, there is also the option to print your tickets at home.
