You probly will only use Viator when you are traveling in Europe which is still over-priced. Living in hongkong and looking at Viator, you feel the website is quite expensive and has very limited options to offer. Recently encounter an Asian destination app called Klook, featured as top new app in Asia by Apple AppStore last week, and their website Klook.com has very affordable experience especially if you are traveling in Asia. And not only providing local tours, but also provides all attractions, performance and activities in Asian cities (wish they could cover more destinations soon).

Definitely second travel blogs, mine is http://www.pererro-travel.com x

Rome2Rio has been my favourite overall site for a while now and I also love Travelfish for Asia. I am sure it is the most comprehensive Asian budget travel site around. They use in country writers and have really great tips on hard to research spots.

I discovered R2R earlier this year and it is bloody brilliant! I use Skyscanner all the time to find airfares but then I usually book direct with the airline themselves I did not know about the everywhere thing tho that is brilliant and a great way to pick a destination within your budget. I agree about Viator I like seeing what s available but usually end up googling tours and going direct with the tour company. I m not a massive fan of Tripadvisor but I will pop in now and then. I think the best source for all things travel is Google you really can t go wrong with Google. To get a more refined search result, be less general in your search.
