#Don - t stay here. check holiday watchdog reviews. I wish I had! Review of Hotel Riviera, Sant Antoni de Portmany 676 reviews from our communityReviewed 5 July 2010 Stayed at the Riviera at San Antlonio Bay and never ever would I stay there again. We booked half board but only ate in the restaurant once. The food was disgusting and there was no organisation in the dining room at all, it was just a dirty free for all. On our first night we had a drunken young english lad try to climb over our balcony into our room after we refused to answer our door and let him in at 6am. We were petrified so armed with a frying pan and a knife we went to reception and asked to move rooms. The receptionist (called Juan) smirked when we told him and said its Ibiza, what do you expect and refused to move us. We ended up calling the police who removed the lad from the hotel. We were told by the manager the following day that the lad had left but we then spent the rest of our week bumping into him in reception, on the landing, by the pool etc. Complaining again was clearly pointless. The noise in the hotel kept us up till at least 7am everynight and no attempt at all was made to quiten people down. Although our room was cleaned everyday, my friend kept getting stained sheets which wasnt nice. There was one older gentleman on reception who was friendly and the cleaners were always polite, everybody else however was incredibly rude. I would never, ever stay in the hotel again. Overall it was a joke and incredibly poor value for money.
