Q. When do tickets packages and travel packages go on sale?

A. All packages will go onsale at 10AM central time on 2/27.

Q. How many ticket packages/travel packages can I buy at one time?

A. You can purchase up to 4 ticket packages and up to 2 travel packages at a time.

Q. Do the travel packages include concert tickets?

A. All of our travel packages include tickets as well. You would receive three tickets (one for each night) for each guest. Our Travel packages are for one or two people. You can purchase up to two at a time.

Q. What is the difference between a Reserved and General Admission ticket?

A. A general admission ticket will be a standing ticket on the field, while reserved tickets feature an actual seat in the stands.

Q. What is the difference between General Admission Floor and General Admission Pit?

A. The General Admission pit will be a smaller, more intimate general admission area directly in front of the stage. The General Admission floor will be a larger general admission area behind the pit.

Q. What is the difference between Reserved (Workingman’s Dead) and Premium Reserved (Sunshine Daydream, Steal Your Face and Golden Road) seating?

A. Workingman’s Dead travel packages will include reserved seating in the 300 level. Premium reserved seating offered with the Sunshine Daydream, Steal Your Face and Golden Road packages will be located in the 100 level of the lower bowl.

Q. Can we choose our seat locations?

A. You won’t be able to choose your seats, however you will be able to confirm your seat location before purchasing. If you aren’t happy with the locations you pulled you can empty your cart and search again.

Q . When will I receive my tickets?

A. For travel packages you will receive your tickets and other package contents when you check into the hotel. For ticket packages you will receive your tickets and package contents at our CID check in at Soldier Field.

Q. I can no longer attend, can I receive a refund?

A. Our packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have any questions, please contact guest services at 888-805-8930

Q. Does my child need a ticket?

A. This is an all ages event. All children must have a ticket.
