We have a phone bank of 8 to take your call and bid with you. If you don’t get through, hang up and keep trying — many times bidders on the phone will drop out as prices rise, thus freeing a phone line for a new bidder. NOTE. Our TV signal is slightly delayed from actual events in the studio — up to several seconds. Therefore, turn down your TV’s volume while on the phone and simply listen to and talk with your bidding operator. Listen to your phone helper not to your television. They will keep you informed of current bids. If you are the final high bidder, you will receive a phone call back within one hour to take your payment information. You will be able to pick up items here in the studio starting Monday, May 6th or items can be mailed to you (with an additional fee) within a week.
