To update your agency simply send Operations Support (fax: 206‐577‐7080) a letter signed by an owner/manager requesting the change. Make sure to include the old and new information so we can locate your agency in our system. If the change involves a new IATA, ARC, True, CLIA, or business license number please include a copy of the new certificate. If your agency has a new owner or you otherwise need to revise your agency’s U.S. Tax ID# please include a signed W-9. However, if you are changing your agency’s name we require you to submit the same documentation as if you were a new agency (see: How do I sign up to sell Holland America Line?). All documents should have the new agency name. How do I get my agency to show up on Locate a Travel Professional? Once you make a booking your agency will automatically appear on the Locator (General Information: Booking Options) after the following Saturday. Each week it is automatically updated with new agencies and contact information from our system. These updates will also remove agencies that no longer have any bookings on file with us. How do I sign up for POLAR Online and TAHQ? The Agency Owner or Manager can register their Travel Agents at travelagentheadquarters.com by clicking on the link to Register for POLAR Online. Signing up is easy and detailed help is available throughout the process. If you need more help, please call OneSource at the toll-free phone number 1‐800‐544‐9032. OneSource will not be able to register a user over the phone, it must be done online by the Agency Owner or Manager. How do I change my username password? How do I set up bank payments within Polar Online? (U.S. Canadian Agents Only) Groups can be set up in POL as long as the Amenity Recall Date has not already been reached (90 days prior to sailing).
