Star Extra Travel is unable to accept bookings over the telephone.

In most cases, once you have received the brochure, you may be able to book direct with the tour operator by telephone or online - you will need a brochure or have read the tour details online beforehand in order to do this to ensure you are happy with the itinerary plus the terms and conditions.

Alternatively, booking forms, which are attached at the back of the brochures, can be completed and returned by post to the tour operator.

Payments is by cheque or debit/credit card payable to the relevant tour operator - Please do not send cash. Credit card transactions may incur a charge – see individual trip details for information.

Your contract is with the tour operator.

Coach pick-up points are subject to minimum numbers. Coach pick-up points offered are Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Telford and Shrewsbury. Occasionally, tour operators are able to offer other pick-up points closer to your home - just ask the tour operator for details.

Coach routes are not necessarily the pick-up points listed in the brochures and may include extra pick-up points from other parts of the country.

Coach transfers in the UK are not available for holidays by air and Eurostar plus certain cruising holidays, unless otherwise stated.

Prices are per person and do not include single room supplements, flight supplements, optional excursions and travel insurance.

Single rooms are limited so please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Whilst the tour operators try to ensure that every break takes place, on rare occsions, cancellations my occur. Naturally, they are extremely sorry when this happens and try to ensure that passengers are notified promptly and if possible, offered as an alternative.
