#Anyone use? Las Vegas Forum It is probably not worth the $70 savings. Usually, customer service is very poor with a website like this. If the flight changes or you need any type of assistance- you will be on your own. The airline will be of no help because you booked thru onetravel. I read some of the T Cs and FAQs and found many things I would not agree to but this one is important to know. Q. My credit card has been charged twice for the same transaction, how can this be corrected? A. This does occur sometimes. Please fax your credit card transaction details to 212-763-0475 and one of our billing representatives will review the charges and process a credit on your behalf. It can take anywhere between two and four weeks to process your refund and for it to show on your credit card statement. _______________________________ That information is in the FAQs section. It must happen alot. For this reason alone I would spend the extra $70 and book direct with the airline. Hotels are OK to book with a 3rd party but not a flight. Too much to go wrong.
