I am a regular visitor of BCM Touring and many other travel forums like Team BHP. Based on BCM Touring advice, I decided to book a Kallada bus ticket from Kottayam to Bangalore even though there were other buses cheaper than Kallada and at more convenient times.

I had booked the ticket through Travelyaari (online)

I reached the @@@@hi Nagar stop at 6.30pm and immediately confirmed the bus timings by calling the number 9387375500 (as provided in the ticket). The person over the phone asked me to come over to Medical College junction at 7pm stating that the bus has been delayed and will come to Medical College junction at 7. I call the same number at 7.15pm and he asked me to stay at the Medical college junction till 7.30pm as the bus has been delayed. At 7.25pm I get a message with the driver's contact number (8089288050). I immediately call the driver and he tells me that the bus has passed through the @@@@hinagar stop itself and that I have missed the bus. After that, I called both Kallada office and driver and they never even empathised and they started shouting at me as if it was my mistake. The driver even started swearing at me and insulted my parents when I asked for help. I was left stranded and I had to take the cab as I had to reach Bangalore on 19th May.

I sent an email to both Kallada and Travelyaari on Monday for a response and an action (refund) to be taken. I even called the Kallada customer care office on Monday and there has been no response since the last 4 days from either parties.

The driver from number 8089288050 even called me on 22 May (yesterday) and tried to threaten me for sending this email. Requesting your assistance as I do not want other passengers to suffer from this.
