Its always interesting to see the differences in words that are normal in one language, but have a very different connotation in other languages. Here, Sarah is enjoying a leisure stroll in Cancun, and we run into a Bimbo on the road! Luckily, this is just bimbo bread. If you are a collector of touristy type things (magnets, ceramics, jewelry, clothing) - then bring an extra bag to put all of your purchases into for the trip home. Sunscreen is the number one item to bring! I got horribly burned and learned my lesson. Otherwise beachwear is a must. Your hotel will provide you with beach towels most likely, so just. Stoped in a small town on the outskirts of Merida and stayed in a Hacienda. Very different from the usual hotels etc but very interesting and cozy. Took the local transportation. Cost 10 pesos and very efficient for narrow streets. Lots of fun and worth a try. Unforgettable adventure. Cancun is one of the nicest places you could ever go. I recommend that everyone once in their lifetime, take the time to visit Cancun. The weather here is beautiful and stays at like an average of 82.
