Alternatively, we offer a one-year senior railcard  or disabled persons' railcard  for a third off the cost of rail travel.

You should receive your pass through the post within 3 weeks of your application being received.

Calls will cost 4 pence per minute, plus your phone company’s access charge.

The West Sussex Bus Pass Information Line is local rate and is open between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Leave a message if calling outside of hours and we will return your call.

3 Do you qualify for a free pass?

You must be:

• a permanent West Sussex resident
• of state pension age (for men this is the pensionable age of a woman born on the same day).
