Full refund

If you do not want to travel, you are entitled to a full refund of the cost of your flight and the unflown return sector (if applicable), back to the original payment card.

If you booked your flight through our mobile app the quickest way to request a refund is to use My Flights.

• If you booked your flight through easyJet.com the quickest way to request a refund is to use My easyJet .
• If you booked your flight at the airport sales desk or via our customer services team, please contact us directly.
• If you booked your flight through a third party you will need to contact the agency that you booked your flights with.

If you are claiming additional expenses due to a flight cancellation, such as accommodation or food / drink, then please note that all such claims must be accompanied with valid receipts in PDF, HTML, GIF, BMP or JPG format.

Free transfer

You may transfer to another flight within 30 days of the original flight date.

• If you booked your flight through our mobile app or easyJet.com you will be able to rebook your flight and any associated flights in the same booking free of charge on the app, in My easyJet. at the sales desk in the airport or via our Customer Service Team .
• If you did not book your flight through our app or easyJet.com you will need to arrange for your flight to be rebooked at either the sales desk in the airport or via our Customer Service Team .

Other information

Please remember you may also need to cancel separately other elements such as travel insurance, accommodation or car rental.
