The worst company I ve ever dealt with.

I booked round trip flights with OneTravel and they offered me a trip cancellation policy which I purchased. A week before our intended departure my wife injured her back and was not able to travel. We have all the documentation to prove it.

I had previously booked my land portion with another travel company.

When I called OneTravel to inquire about settling the trip cancellation claim, they told me that all they cover is the air portion and not any other expenses not purchased from them. I was told that it is not really a trip cancellation policy but only a ... Read more »

Microsoft is stopping its support for Windows XP and Office 2003 today but the company has also shut down a smaller but interesting service on its Bing Travel site as well. GeeKWire reports that the flight price prediction tool on that site is no longer available.

In a statement sent to the site. a Microsoft spokesperson said the decision to shut down the tool was a business decision to focus resources on areas where we feel there are the greatest opportunities to serve travel needs.
