Medical Coverage Benefits with Group Travel Insurance

With our group travel insurance plan, you get a choice of benefit limits at low rates. Our coverage for groups includes:

Emergency Medical Evacuation: Worldwide Group Protector provided by Atlas Group will cover the necessary expenses to transport you or one of your group members to the nearest medical facility qualified to treat life-threatening conditions. Your medical coverage may also cover the transportation, lodging, and meal costs for a family member to join you after an emergency medical evacuation. Natural Disaster Benefits: Natural disasters can happen anywhere and at anytime. If a natural disaster causes you to become displaced from your accommodations, you’ll receive a maximum of $100 a day for 5 days from your group travel insurance to help cover the costs of alternative accommodations. Return of Minor Children: If you’re expected to be hospitalized for more than 36 hours due to a covered injury or illness and covered children under 18 years of age will be left unattended as a result, your medical coverage will cover the transportation cost for your children to return home. Repatriation of Remains Benefits: The death of a loved one is never easy, no matter the circumstances. In the unfortunate event of your death while traveling abroad, the arrangements and costs associated with the repatriation of your remains will be covered by your group travel insurance.

It's Easy to Apply for Group Travel Insurance

Review Worldwide Group Protector's Description of Coverages and complete the online Enrollment Form for your group traveling abroad. After your application and payment are processed, you'll receive summary of medical coverage forms, emergency identification cards and claim forms for your group members.

To ensure you receive certificates for all group members, please apply at least 2 weeks prior to the trip departure date.
