I bought my used fifth wheel here in June, 2015. It was as-is but was also told if there were any problems they would work with me. My final walk through was in a thunderstorm without the unit plugged in. I was also told at time of sale that on my pickup day I would receive discounted prices on anything I needed in the store. When I arrived they said it was a mistake and that s only for new RVs, not used. Upon getting home I plugged the camper in and the microwave would turn itself on by itself. I also found used diabetic medical equipment next to the main bed. I called Freedom RV. They said go buy a new microwave at Walmart and sorry about the garbage. REALLY. A week later I took the camper on its first trip. No rear scissor jacks! I immediately called Freedom RV. They said bring the camper in and they would sell the scissor jacks at half price off of $80 and install for free. This is a 150 mile round trip from my house so I finally made a service appointment a couple of weeks ago. I was told the work would cost $160. I asked why so much. He said parts + labor. I informed him of the arrangements made and he laughed at me over the phone. After further persistence they finally agreed to the half price parts plus free labor. At this point after no parts discount as promised, being laughed at, broken microwave and medical wastes in the camper I opted out of their service ordered the scissor jacks online for $56 and installed myself in a few minutes. There are plenty of RV dealers out there who would appreciate the $11,000 spent and would want repeat customers. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. This place is a joke.

MJ I totally agree with you.  I wish I would have seen your review before purchasing a camper from this awful company.  It makes me sick to think I gave them a single cent of our hard earned money.  Customer service is awful.  They are big time liars.  We caught them in more then one lie.  If there is such a thing as karma they better beware because it s going to hit them in the ass big time one day.
