Car Rental Boston Airport

Boston’s Logan Airport now offers a single, consolidated Rental Car Center. It is a LEED-certified facility with a four-level garage, offices, and check-in space. The large center acts as a central hub for car rentals and offers numerous services for the convenience of travelers.

From State Highway 1A N, take the exit for Logan Airport and follow the signs to the Rental Car Center located at 15 Transportation Way, East Boston, MA 02128.

Additional Services

The new 120,000 square foot car rental and transportation facility offers travelers several helpful features. There are available SmartCartes, a USPS mailbox, free WiFi, ATM machines, and vending machines. Massport’s Ground Transportation Operations Center is located within the building, assisting in making sure shuttles and buses are running on time with up-to-the-minute traffic reports. Digital signage throughout the airport will help travelers find buses, times and countdown clocks, and where to pick it up. Staff with “Ask Me” shirts are available throughout the airport to assist with any additional questions, concerns, or directions.

On-Airport Shuttle operates provides free service between the airport terminals and the Rental Car Center. The On-Airport shuttles usually run every 5 to 6 minutes.
