BAD travel Agent

Do NOT book from SUPER TRAVELS! I book a tour with them and paid $1000 for 2 to Perth only to be told that they cannot find hotels for me. I told them to find any hotels and say I don t mind topping up the money. They told me to wait for 5 days and after I called after 5 days, they ask me to wait another few days! It is like less than a month to my tour date. I asked for a refund and I was told to wait for 2 weeks. There is always a penalty when a customer pull out of a tour booking and that penalty is based on the number of days to the tour date, then why is that tour agencies can get away with it when they have accepted a booking by a customer and yet not deliver it when it is less than a month to the tour date?

No, its a place to avoid making travel arrangements due to the common scams, etc. Use a decent travel agent in another part of the city, or even better do it yourself. All the domestic airlines can be booked online, and there are lots of reliable hotel booking services like asiarooms.com, sawadee.com, agoda.com and others.

The only time I read or hear about problems with travel agencies are those in the Khao San Road area. It only takes a few bad apples to spoil the whole barrel.

In over a dozen years I have never had a problem with a travel agency providing what I paid for. But none of those travel agencies were in the KSR area. Most of the travel agencies I used for myself and booking tours for arriving friend were in the Sukhumvit area or in Pattaya .

We stayed here for two nights upon arriving in Windhoek. Check in was fast even though we arrived late at night. They had someone drove us to our room (we weren’t able to pick up our car until the next day).

Each building consists of 4 rooms, each with its own parking spot for your car next to the room, at least for the standard room. We stayed in a standard room, which is of moderate size. The shower and sink are part of the room. There is no door to separate it from the bed area. There is a shower curtain, so you do get a little privacy while showering. The toilet is in its own small room. The room itself was fairly clean.

There is the standard hotel furniture inside the room: desk, chair, small fridge, tv, and a wardrobe/closet. A dependent is defined by 1Cover as children or grandchildren, not in full time employment, who are under the age of 21 and travelling with you for 100% of the journey. Before proceeding, please confirm that all travellers under 21 are dependants of the adult travellers. If the child is not classified under the above terms then please treat them as an adult traveller within this policy.

When travelling as a group, dependants under 21 are not covered for free and they will be considered as travelling adults in order to be covered on a group policy.
