Special Message for Travel Agents

Any professional today realizes how vital Travel Agents are to the tourist industry throughout the world. We have relationships with travel agents going back over 15 years who have been booking and receiving commissions for the same clients that book our Maui condominiums year after satisfied year. Their clients are happy and the travel agents have confidence in knowing we respect the relationship they have with those clients and we do not solicit to guests while on island.

Chase ‘N Rainbows has been in business in the West Maui area on the Island of Maui in Hawaii since 1980 and has established a reputation of honesty and customer service that we take great pride in. The personnel on our reservation staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and know their product.

Agent Commission Structure

Bookings made by travel agents will receive a 10% commission. Commission percentages may increase depending on the volume received by your agency. Some important points to keep in mind when booking with us:

· Your IATA number Tax ID are required in order to process an agency commission check.

· Checks will be sent on the first day of the month following your guest’s departure.

· Commissions may be pre-deducted from the full amount of the booking when an agency check is submitted to our office for payment.
