1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES

The Services provide you with information and interactive tools which may help you manage your personal finances. These Services you select may include your credit report, credit score, monitoring or alert services, tools to help you better understand your options, suggestions, tips and other educational materials, and information about products and services that might be of interest to you. Services will be provided via our website, including via mobile applications, where available. Some Services will be provided through our third party processing agent, Equifax Information Services, LLC (“Processing Agent”). You may select from two types of Services, with features described below.

(a) Mint Free Credit Score Services

The Mint Free Credit Score Services is a free version of the Services available to Mint customers. This service includes the following:

Annual single-bureau credit score with periodic updates and tracking as described on the website. The credit score provided to you is an Equifax® credit score, based on a proprietary credit model developed by Equifax, which may use information in your Equifax, Experian and TransUnion credit files.

Potentially key factors affecting individual users' credit scores, credit score comparison to national norms and simulators to understand how specific actions might affect individual users' credit scores.

Overview of the Credit Score Factors, educational content explaining which data items might affect your credit score.

(b) Mint Credit Monitor Services

The Mint Credit Monitor Services is a paid version of the Services available to Mint customers. This service includes the following:

Annual three-bureau credit scores with periodic single-bureau score updates and tracking as described on the website, annual three-bureau credit reports, daily three-bureau credit bureau monitoring with alerts and daily identity monitoring. The credit scores provided to you is the Equifax® Credit Score, which is based on a proprietary credit model developed by Equifax. It uses information in your Equifax, Experian and TransUnion credit files.

Key factors affecting individual users' credit scores, credit score comparison to national norms and simulators to understand how specific actions might affect individual users' credit scores.

A Credit Score Tracker where users will be able to view a graph of their historical credit scores.

A Credit Score Calculator, an interactive piece of software where users may use the software to predict the impact that various behaviors may have on their credit score in the future.

Overview of the Credit Score Factors, educational content explaining which data items might affect your credit score.

Restoration Services as described below.

(c) Additional Mint Credit Products

Additional Mint credit products may be made available to you on our website. Please review the specific features and associated fees before you purchase.

Intuit does not guarantee that you will receive your free credit report information via the Services. You must satisfy our eligibility requirements. You may obtain your own report without the use of the Services. You have the right to a free credit report fromAnnualCreditReport.com or (877) 322-8228, the ONLY authorized source under Federal law.
