Special Tariffs for INDIPEX Participants!

We have secured hotel rooms at a special tariff for the participants to the World Philatelic Exhibition INDIPEX 2011, New Delhi. Hotel rooms are blocked from 11 – 18th February 2011 (both dates inclusive). Accommodation at the exhibition hotels are offered on first-come-first-served basis.

The rates mentioned are valid only for bookings within the block dates made through the INDIPEX 2011 Exhibition Secretariat. The hotel cost is inclusive of breakfast and currently applicable Government Luxury Tax. All rates quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Complimentary Transfer from the Airpor t

The participants intimating their arrival and departure flight details latest by 01 February 2011 will be provided arrival and departure transfer from the airport to the official hotel (the Lalit) in a coach. The complimentary transfer from airport to conference hotels are being provided only to delegates staying at the official hotel. Delegates staying at hotels other than the official hotel are requested to make their own arrival transfer arrangements. All transfers from the International/ Domestic Airport to the official hotel would be provided as per flight arrivals for each hotel and not per individual arrival.

We suggest that clients should be covered by Travel, Medical, Accident and other types of insurance. These cannot be obtained in India. The onus is upon the Traveller or Participant, to ensure that passports, travel documents and visas are valid for travel.
