Great Trip By ESSAM HAMID

I felt that you had done a really great job with the Italy Trip. All the spots selected and places scheduled accordingly was just excellent. We had an awesome time there within the considerably short time frame we had requested you to plan. So i felt from your side you did very well.

Anyways overall at the end of the day i would rate the trip a 9/10.

It was a great trip. The Tour Manager, Ronnie Palia was excellent. He gave us a lot of insight before we visited the sites, gave tips regarding what to do and what not to do and generally took care of all of us quite well. It was a diverse group but we were in the groove from day one onwards, all the families/groups were disciplined and kept time.

Food was great on all days The best was Hotel Terrace in Engelberg. They even served Idli Sambar and chutney for breakfast one day. My Madrasi palate was satisfied. We actually gorged on that day. The bus drive was good, and was not tiring.

On the return journey, the connecting time was perfect, as was only 2 hours and before we knew, we were in Mumbai.

So kudos to you.
