ITC s main objective is client satisfaction. To this end, we ensure smooth running airport transfers and passenger and assist. We are also happy to arrange hotel and cruise reservations, limousine services or car-hire.

From being the sole General Sales Agent (GSA) for Gulf Air in 1974, today, ITC is the proud GSA for ten major airlines with routes that span the entire globe. ITC is also one of the largest GSA s in Egypt, and by far the most experienced.

ITC provides each of its partner airlines with dedicated offices and personnel, including a sales manager, sales executives, ticketing and reservations staff and an accountant.

In addition, we liaise with government authorities as well as official and unofficial bodies on behalf of our airline partners, and offer advice and assistance.

Cargo

Further, we handle cargo operations for three on-line and one-offline carrier. In recent years our average annual cargo uplift has exceeded 6,500 tons.
