I am a seasoned world traveller and I have to tell you, Chris B. was efficient, thoughtful and just incredibly helpful as I looked at date and price options, as well as needing extra help booked as I m now a disabled traveller. He also got me the best price, half the price of another travel agent, and just over half the price of even the best deals I could find online. Without a doubt, Chris saved me a lot of time, a lot of money, and took all the stress associated with trying to figure it all out and get it all done yourself. He even managed to ensure I got the carrier I wanted all the way through (BA) to take advantage of the excellent weight allowance on carry-on luggage. A total win/win for me - I would not only highly recommend him to friends, but I will definitely go back to him if I m in CA again. Thanks so much Chris :)

I honestly thought using an travel agency was antiquated, so I was a bit reluctant at first. how could someone find a better airline ticket to Europe that me doing hours of research and playing around with dates? Boy was I wrong. Since finding Von and European Travel, I have not booked my own tickets since 2012. Every trip I am planning (domestic and international) I start with Von and just shoot him a quick email. He is always super quick in responding and has the best rates for tickets. He has saved my family so much money and I am so happy and grateful I was referred to him.
