ALPHA TRAVEL is a locally-owned travel agency that opened in Delhi in 1992. The agency presently employs one full-time agent in addition to the owners, a part-time agent and several outside agents who have chosen to affiliate with the agency.

Alpha Travel is a full-service agency, which means we can provide a full complement of travel services: airline tickets, cruises, tours, hotels, rental cars, packages, trip insurance and others. We have been accredited by the Airlines Reporting Corporation and the International Airlines Travel Agent Network to issue both domestic and international airline tickets. We provide both individual and group travel arrangements and can provide references from clients who use our services on a continuing repeat basis. At approximately $2 million in annual sales, we feel we are small enough to provide excellent personal and friendly service. Through our affiliation with Vacation.Com, the largest travel consortium in the U.S. we have negotiated some great rates with car rental companies and hotel chains. We also maintain excellent relationships with several major cruise lines and tour operators--many of whom have local representatives in our area.

The continuing education of our staff is the primary goal of Alpha Travel. As a result of extensive training programs, we are proud to have achieved SPECIALIST status in the areas of cruising, Disney World, Hawaii , Caribbean islands, and honeymoon travel. We also have considerable knowledge of and experience in European travel.

The owners of Alpha Travel are residents of the general community in which our business is located. We also have personal associations and relationships throughout the community in a variety of organizations. We feel the combination of these two factors demands that we meet extremely high standards of integrity and business ethics. We accept that responsiblilty and take it very seriously as we work to insure that our clients vacations meet their expectations.
