Check in online before you get to the airport between from 24 to two hours before departure. You can request your seat and print your boarding pass. At selected ports you can go directly to the Online Check-in counter to drop off your bags.

No more trays and more meal choices - we're revolutionising the way our customers eat on-board. The meal service will also be quicker, with meals being delivered and cleared faster; giving you more time to do the things you want to do.

You can look forward to exciting new dishes such as spiced lamb koftas with tomato, Riverina feta and roast potatoes; honey chicken salad with roasted vegetables and farro; and yellow curry barramundi with jasmine rice.

We'll also be serving you a bespoke Bickfords welcome drink after take-off, as well as great snacks like Maltesers throughout the flight.

What's more, customers in Australia will be able to select their meal online up to 12 hours prior to departure using Select on Q-Eat with access to exclusive online dishes.
