You must be 21 years or older to enter and be a resident of one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia to enter or win.

Blackout dates will apply five days before and after any major holiday.

Air reservation for three to seven nights for two round-trip charter air seats to Cancun departing from Chicago O Hare can only be made within 28 days prior to departure, and not less than two weeks prior to expiration date, based upon availability of seats and the charter program.

These charter air seats are non-transferable, non-assignable and may not be redeemed for cash value nor can it be extended beyond the aforementioned date.

Please note that once Apple Vacations has confirmed the departure date, no changes will be permitted, if winner cannot travel on date confirmed, prize will be forfeited.

Transfers, US Air Fees, Fuel Surcharges and Foreign Departure taxes are not included, and are the responsibility of the traveler.

Winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received via online registration. Winner will be notified by email.

Traveloni is not responsible for any damages or injury incurred by contestant as a result of winning.

By entering this contest, all entrants agree that Traveloni has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the contest and their determination of the winner is final and binding.
