American Airlines Center Box Office

The American Airlines Center Box Office is located on the Northeast corner of the venue directly across from The Lexus Garage. Complimentary parking is available in the The Lexus Garage while you purchase tickets. For more information about events at American Airlines Center call 214-665-4797.

American Airlines Center Box Office Policy

Concert tickets will no longer be available for purchase at the American Airlines Center Box Office on the first day of ticket sales. Tickets for such non-team events may be purchased by the general public on the first day of ticket sales online at www.ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-745-3000 and at Ticketmaster kiosks located inside Fiesta Foods, Macy s, Wal-Marts, and The Shops at Willow Bend Mall.

Remaining available tickets for any concert/event following the first day of general public ticket sales will be available for purchase at the American Airlines Center Box Office on the next business day that the box office is open.

The American Airlines Center Box Office accepts payment in the form of VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.

There are no refunds and no exchanges on any ticket purchased for an American Airlines Center concert, game or event. In the event that a show is canceled or rescheduled, please contact the original point of purchase.

Will Call

Pre-purchased tickets may be picked up at the Will Call windows located at the American Airlines Center Box Office. Customers must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase in order to collect the tickets. Once the Box Office is closed, remaining Will Call tickets can be picked up at the North entrance.

Ticketmaster Kiosk

Check out the new kiosk by the American Airlines Center Box Office and avoid lines at the box office! You can pick up your Ticketmaster will call and buy tickets for American Airlines Center events at the new kiosks located beside the American Airlines Center on the northeast corner. Picking up your will call at the new kiosk is easy! Just tap the will call button on the main screen and swipe the credit card used for the purchase. The tickets will print automatically when your credit card is verified.
