Welcome to the City of Williamsburg e-Government Website. This Website allows you, the citizens of Williamsburg, 24-hour access to city services. Initially, you will be able to pay utility bills, personal property tax bills, real estate tax bills, and parking tickets online. The look, feel, and services provided through this Website will be constantly evolving and changing. Check back often for future updates.

We take your online security seriously. Therefore, no sensitive information, including credit card information, is stored on our web server. You may pay your bills without logging in, provided you have a current city invoice or parking ticket number. You must log in if you wish to view personal account information or do not know your invoice number.

To comply with tax code, most credit card companies require a third party to process credit card payments for American Express, VISA and MasterCard. Williamsburg uses BB T. BB T charges a service charge for each bill charged. This fee is allowed by State law. Quick Checks and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions have NO service charge. Returned ACH and Quick Check payments are subject to a $50.00 fee.

A temporary PIN has been mailed with your bill. If you need to request a temporary PIN, please 'Send Email to City', including your name, account number, service address, email address, type of account, and telephone number.

A receipt will be emailed to you when your transaction is complete.
