I love living in Providence

For more than twenty-five years, I have enjoyed living on the East Side of Providence in the neighborhoods near Brown University. Many of my real estate clients also choose to live on the East Side. Here they find safe, friendly and walkable neighborhoods - - ones that are alive with vibrant urban amenities. The East Side has tree lined streets, sidewalks, parks and clusters of small independent businesses, all conveniently located in the neighborhoods. These features make Providence, and particularly the East Side neighborhoods, so attractive, livable and desirable.

Charming homes with lots of character

The best neighborhoods in Providence have a mix of homes of different vintages, styles and sizes. Homebuyers new to Providence are amazed at the variety of residential architecture. It seems that no two homes are alike!

Most of the homes for sale in Providence are older. A few are even pre-revolutionary! Most of these older homes are in wonderful condition, retaining much of their original architectural detail and character. Some homes do need updating or cosmetic attention. A few others may have condition issues that are not so obvious. In addition to being a full-time Realtor, I enjoy buying and restoring homes. Please benefit from my experience. Sidewalks throughout our neighborhoods make strollering a child and dog walking safe. My clients enjoy that Providence is on the ocean and has four distinct seasons. They like the convenience of an airport being just 10 minutes away and that AMTRAK and commuter rail make stops downtown.
