Credit parameters

• Amount – up to BGN 20,000 or their equivalent in EUR or USD

Interest conditions

• Interest rate is 11% for credit in BGN and 10.5% for credit in EUR or USD.
• You use a preferential interest rate of 9.8% in BGN and 9% in EUR and USD. if you receive your pension on an account in the bank. You use also reductions in the loan administration fees.

The annual percentage rate  is 11,21% for a loan of BGN 5 000, a repayment term of 5 years, with an included one-off fee for loan management and a floating interest rate 9,8% (base interest rate (BIR) + a margin 3,8%). Total due amount BGN 6 444,69 and amount of the monthly installment BGN 105,74. As from December 2008, the base interest rate of the Bank is 6%.

Collaterals

• For credit up to BGN 5,000 – one guarantor;
• from BGN 5,000 to BGN 20,000 – two guarantors.

Required documents to be presented

As a credit applicant you gave to present:

• An application for credit after a bank sample  – banks gives it to the customer;
• Recent pension decision issued by the relevant territorial directorate of NSSI for the pension amount;
• Statement from the employer – after a bank sample  (for working pensioners);
• A copy of the ID card
