Todd was very helpful in purchasing our first home! He provided experiential wisdom as we prepared our offer and completed the contract. He even came to our closing, which we understand now is not common, to ensure we felt comfortable with the process as. (more)

Todd was very helpful in purchasing our first home! He provided experiential wisdom as we prepared our offer and completed the contract. He even came to our closing, which we understand now is not common, to ensure we felt comfortable with the process as first time home buyers. Todd was patient with us as we didn't really know what we were looking for, but worked quickly when we found THE ONE. He was very willing to make the calls and ask questions or set appointments to listing agents and sellers (which we hate doing). His online document process made it easy for us as we don't live in the same town as him, and he even worked for us while on vacation during our option period! Our first home buying experience was made much easier because of the leg work he did for us. We will certainly use him again.
