I am reviewing the Holiday Hypermarket shop which is classed as Sutton and is on the Chester Road in the West Midlands. I went a couple of weeks back to book my honeymoon and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the members of staff were, how helpful and how patient they were and here is why.

The Holiday Hypermarket in Sutton is on a retail park which has a massive Tesco, Boots, Next and an Au Naturale. The car park is huge and we have never had any trouble finding a space and it is free which is great. It is easy to find as it is located on a main road which has major links to the West Midlands main spots such as Birmingham so here is the address;

You walk in and the room is massive with lots of space so it is nice being in there. There are desks towards the sides and sofas in the middle for those who are waiting. Then at the back you have all of the brochures and the bureau de change. It is decorated very vividly as First choice is all turquoise colour but it just adds to the airy feel of the place.

Ok so everywhere is clean, tidy and looks nice. Now we get to the choice of holidays.

The holiday hypermarket will liaise with other holiday places so you can be assured that they will be able to get you what you want and where you want to go. I do not think the brochures do them justice, nor does the website. We were after holidays to America and the website wouldn't give us the choices we wanted but the actual shop does.

So we sat down very quickly with only a 2 minute wait and the guy immediately listened and wrote down what we were looking for. Now we wanted a multi centre trip so we could see more places and he listened to exactly what we were after. Also being America he made sure that the places we were going to were safe as some have reputations.

He managed to find us a holiday within our budget and added all of the extras. See that is the thing with this place, they do listen to you and he constantly referred to everything he had written down which was all of our information.

So when he had found us the hotels and flights, I immediately came up with a bit of a stopper to the whole thing. You see I like checking trip advisor and sites like that to see what people thought of the place and reader traveller reviews. Well I told this to the guy and he let us go on his computer to take a look. We sat there for about half hour reading reviews which was fantastic because we were immediately turned off 2 hotels and got better ones. I thought this was great customer service.

After all of this he even found out if they could do us any discount on the holiday as it was a little over budget and they did which took us right where we wanted to be.

Then the holiday hypermarket have access to all sorts of extras so we booked our travel insurance, airport car parking and some extra trips for while we were over there. He then hired us a car and arranged all of the insurance for that.

I think we were in the hypermarket for about 2.5 hours all in all but we managed to get the holiday of our dreams and felt pleased that somebody had actually listened to us and got us exactly what we wanted. We did not feel bad about asking numerous questions and being a bit cheeky to be honest which is what you want.

In conclusion I will say that if the hypermarket is this efficient with all of the customers then they are wonderful and the best travel agents around. Customer service is obviously a first at this place which is very refreshing so I really enjoyed booking my holiday here and would not hesitate to do so again.

They are extremely helpful with a great choice of hotels and even if you go to them with ideas they will do their best to accommodate. I think they are fantastic and extremely competitive on price so give them a go.
