Begun in 1981 to offer candidates for placement in the travel industry, an original Fox World Travel School objective remains to improve the overall professionalism of this thriving industry by offering quality training. Fox World Travel School Philosophy

The mission of Fox World Travel School is to provide students interested in a career in travel with the education and training necessary to secure employment in the travel and tourism industry. We believe the best way to accomplish this is:

• To admit only those students capable of mastering the material.
• To teach these students the skills necessary to be successful in the travel industry; salesmanship, interpersonal communication and reservations system operations.
• To provide the students with the basic knowledge to be successful in the travel industry geography, ticketing, travel products, services and standard procedures.
• To maintain an atmosphere of professionalism through the employment of instructors skilled in teaching and experienced in the travel industry.
• To help students successfully master the material by providing individual assistance when needed.

Career Opportunities in the Travel and Tourism Industry

In cooperation with other segments of the travel industry, the school administrators will make student information available to area employers upon request. Although employment cannot be guaranteed, this assistance is offered to all students who have satisfied all academic and financial obligations with the school.
