Cheap Flights and Cheap Airfares with Travelgrove

Let's face it, booking your air travel isn't easy and can be quite confusing, as you're searching through hundreds of cheap flight offers thrown at your feet by the multitude of airlines and agencies competing for your wallet. You're often left with the feeling that there may have been a cheaper way to get from point A to point B. Well, we've been there ourselves and we had our own troublesome experiences with choosing the right travel deal, so we decided to make things a bit easier for ourselves and for you: we developed a meta search engine which sole purpose is to find the best, cheapest flights around! Please note, we're not a travel agency, so you won't be able to book flights directly with us, but what you can do is find the airline tickets best suited for your needs and budget, with the help of our search tool on the top. Don't take our confidence the wrong way, but we're willing to swallow our hats if you don't find the best deals with us be it domestic airfares or international flights :)

flight booking tips

1 Plan Ahead - If you have the opportunity, try to book a flight two or three months in advance. Airline tickets tend to go up rapidly during the last month.

2 Check for Last Minute Deals - Often airline tickets are sold off at rock bottom prices when airline companies aren't able to fill a particular flight.

3 Be flexible - If you don't have specific travel dates you should check multiple date combinations, especially weekday flights can be much cheaper.

4 Book Immediately - This may seem silly, but because fares change so rapidly, you often find the airfare rates gone when checking the same flight only hours later.

5 Look for Neighboring Airports - Especially discount airlines often service smaller airports, so this can make a big difference.

6 International Flights - For non-domestic flights it is the best to book three months prior to your flight date, but at least 21 days earlier. Prices for international tickets may rise fast after that.
