OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

Excellent. Darren Mckay (Consultant) was a real star. We missed our Flights to join our cruise yesterday.we booked direct with MSC sailing on thier ship the Spendida. MSC were not interested in our plight. Because we missed the flight MSC advised us we would have to arrange and pay for travel to catch the cruise ship in Tenerife. They also said we would have to pay for the return flight home again.although we had already paid for this I can tell you all we were in a right mess and did not have a clue how to fix everything.We decided to ask Barrhead Travelin Livington for help.We had to find reasonable flights to reach our cruise ship. We also needed flights to get home after the cruise as MSC had cancelled our return trip. Darren booked our flight to Tenerife, accommodation with breakfast for two days. and transport to our hotel. Darren also made sure we would be in a good hotel close to the port ,as we will be catching up with our cruise on Saturday.

Darren has also booked us return flight from Barcelona to Edinburgh when we disembark the 17th of October.

Darren saved our holiday in about 1-2 hours of his time searching for the best deals for us and arranging everything. He was so patient and he was really interested in fixing our problem. Thanks
